At the Emerald Coast Convention Center, military events are run with precision. Your attendees will appreciate a team knowledgeable about and respectful of military protocol in a convenient location just a short distance from five military installations.
The Center provides an impressive 32,000 square feet of adaptable meeting space, all customizable to your specifications, making military event planning simple. For large gatherings, our column-free 21,200-square-foot Grand Ballroom is the perfect venue and can accommodate more than 2,300 people at one time in the same space. Ample pre-function space allows for smooth event check-in and registration, and multiple outdoor patios allow military members the chance to step outside between sessions.
The Emerald Coast Convention Center also includes 12 smaller meeting rooms, ranging from 425 to 1,575 square feet. With many configuration options, we can adjust the rooms to your specific purpose. A spacious loading dock and direct room access allow easy setup and breakdown. To ensure privacy and safety, meeting rooms with programmable keypad locks are available for classified events, and 24-hour security can be arranged.
The convention center is also home to the spacious Bayview Plaza, a 30,000-square-foot outdoor venue. The area is equipped with electricity and water and provides additional space for large events that want to take advantage of the fresh Gulf air and views of Choctawhatchee Bay.
