Festival Exhibitor Guidelines

Festivals are so much fun at the Emerald Coast Convention Center! Festival exhibitor booths may fill the indoor Grand Ballroom which is 21,200 square feet and features a column-free design. Some festivals may also have booths in the north half of the main parking lot or Bayview Plaza which is 30,000 square feet and equipped with electricity, water, and tenting capabilities.

The exclusive in-house caterer, Aramark, provides all food and beverage concessions. Should festival exhibitors need food preparation space, they must comply with the convention center’s policies for cooking, safety, and required cleanup areas.  Please note that food sales may be allowed during festivals, however, they are subject to additional regulations.

Festival exhibitors need to be aware of and follow all of the convention center’s exhibitor guidelines. These rules cover everything from load-in/out procedures, booth setup, and telecommunications to use of the parking lot, disabled guest accommodations, post-event cleanup, and more.
